Our Process
Once you’ve gotten your orders, we can begin your home buying or selling process. If you’ll soon be joining Fort Bliss, it’s possible that you’ll not be able to visit El Paso in advance of making your move, so we want to be your boots on the ground and help you shop virtually and working within your timeline. Our process for shopping for homes means we’re looking at the home as if we were buying it for our own family, making considerations on things like smell, location, and other issues that might not be easily identifiable over the phone. From there, we’ll help you walk through the entire process step-by-step.
If you’re selling, we’re sad to see you leave El Paso, but we’re connected with tons of incoming military families who would love to purchase your home and we have an expanded network of military-focused agents all over the country. We can help make your move to your next duty station as easy and seamless as possible.

03/ Get Pre-Approved
Having a lender pre-approve you is critical. We work with great local lenders who are responsive, smart, and competitive. We’re happy to put you in touch with one.
04/ Get House Hunting
We specialize in virtual house hunting for our out of town clients. We can also meet you at houses too. Let's find your next home!
05/ Get Under Contract
Inspectors, your lender, and the title company go to work now to get you to closing. We keep you updated on progress and work to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
06/ Get Closed
When closing day comes, once the paperwork is signed and the lender sends the money, the keys are yours!
